Kamiko Judo Clubs are a family run group of clubs. Although traveling Europe and having long term Judoki, Kamiko always openly takes in beginners of all ages.

Kamiko have a policy "All children are individuals and will be treated that way" hence the clubs have a very friendly, nurturing feel and all members work together.

SOME OF OUR YOUNGER STUDENTS AT COMPETITION IN HOLLAND

JUNE 2009, KAMIKO BOUGHT ACROSS 8 POLISH JUDOKI, COACH AND REFEREE TO VISIT ENGLAND AND ATTEND A COMPETITION IN SOUTHEND. THEY STAYED AT THE HOUSE OF SENSEI RICKY FOR THE FOUR DAYS, AND WERE TAKEN OUT TO VISIT THE SIGHTS INCLUDING A DAY OUT IN LONDON.

THE VISIT WENT EXTREMELY WELL, THE POLISH WERE LOVELY PEOPLE, AND IT WAS GREAT TO BE ABLE TO BRING THEM ACROSS TO US AFTER THEIR HOSPITALITY TO US IN THEIR COUNTRY WHEN WE HAVE ATTENDED THEIR TRAINING CAMPS AND COMPETITION.

KAMIKO TRAVEL TO POLAND FOR COMPETITION - NOVEMBER 2008

Another busy Month for the players from Kamiko Judo club. On 9th November Sensie Ricky took 5 fighters to Poland to take part in 7th International Gdansk Judo event. The players all fought hard and did us proud, George Martin and Joe Banning both brought back a Bronze medal and Billy-Ray fought extremely well and brought back a Gold! Also a special mention to Lee Markham and George Griffiths who also fought really well but were unlucky not to get a medal this time
